Childhood Cancer and Sickle Cell Awareness T-shirt Pre-Order Form
Pick-up dates and times will be Tuesday, August 20 and Wednesday, August 21 from 11am to 1pm in the Danny Thomas Research Center Atrium. If you are unable to pick up your t-shirt during that time, please email [email protected] to make alternative arrangements.
NOTE: Unpaid orders will be sold on a first come first served basis during the Farmers Market on Friday August 23 from 8-12:00 pm (We'll be outside in the Chili's Breezeway).
