The St. Jude Cancer Genomics Database (the "Database") includes, but is not restricted to, data generated by genomic profiling studies performed at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Inc. ("St. Jude"), microarray-based transcriptional profiling, array-based comparative genomic hybridization analysis, and DNA resequencing data. Eventually the Database may include methylation analysis, small RNA analysis, and other types of data. The data formats include raw files generated by microar ray analyses, sequence traces, and processed calls of gene expression, DNA copy number, loss-of-heterozygosity, and sequence mutations. Diseases from which data have bee n collected include acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia, and chronic myeloid leukemia. Samples from which data have been collected include tumor samples at diagnosis, remission, relapse, and normal tissue.

The Database is provided free of charge to an individual ("User") for research use under the following terms and conditions. User agrees to use the Database for research purposes only.
