Clinical Observer in Clinical Settings Application

Thank you for your interest in our Clinical Observer Program. The purpose of our program is to encourage individuals interested in nursing or medical careers an opportunity to explore their interest in an actual clinical setting.

Requirements:

  • Must be 17 years of age or older
  • Must have 3.2 or higher GPA
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or accepted into an academic institution
  • Must be in good academic standing (attach a letter of academic standing below)
  • Must have a completed immunization history (attach your physician-completed immunization history below)
  • Must be able to travel to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN
  • Must be able to provide your own housing during the observation period
