Criteria that will be considered when forming this community will include:

Located in the Memphis-area
Fit between the applicant's learning goals and the program
School type, geographic location, characteristics of students and the community it serves (priority will be given to individuals serving at racially identifiable/high poverty schools)
Current teaching beliefs and practices
Whether the applicant is part of a team (applicants applying in teams are preferred)
