The St. Jude Cancer Genomics Database (the "Database") includes, but is not restricted to, data generated by
genomic profiling studies performed at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Inc. ("St. Jude") by SNP mapping
array analyses. Eventually the Database may include microarray-based transcriptional profiling, methylation
analysis, small RNA analysis, DNA resequencing data and other types of data. The data formats include raw files
generated by microarray analyses, DNA copy number, loss-of-heterozygosity, and sequence mutations. Samples from
which data have been collected include pediatric glioma samples and normal tissue.
The Database is
provided free of charge to an individual ("User") for research use under the following terms and conditions.
User agrees to use the Database for research purposes only. User agrees not to use or further disclose the
information in the Database to any other party; anyone else who wishes to have access to the Database needs to
obtain access through this site and become an authorized User by agreeing to these terms and conditions. User
agrees not to use the information in this Database, by itself or in combination with other information, to

is provided as-is with no warranties or guarantees whatsoever with the expectation that it will only be used for
research purposes. User further agrees to destroy any data taken from the Database upon completion of User's
research with the Database. St. Jude may terminate or restrict access to the Database at its sole discretion at
any time.
